A Friendly Heads-up:
We always do our best to sort and remove any delicate or dry clean-only items found in Freshly Folded bags.
Any such items will be processed separately and charged under the appropriate service. While we take care to
handle all items safely, we cannot be responsible for damage to non-eligible items included in Freshly
Folded bags. And this service does not include pressing or finishing. With our Freshly Folded Service, you
get clean, organized laundry with zero hassle—so you can spend less time folding and more time
enjoying life!
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you available in my area?
We service the Calgary and Airdrie area. We can pick up and drop off the items directly to your house or you can drop off your dirty bag and collect your cleaned items from one of our 21 locations.
What is the turnaround time for the service?
3 business days. For example, if we pick it up on a Monday, you will have it neatly folded and back to you by Thursday.
Do I need to be home for pick-up and delivery?
NO! That's the beauty of our delivery service! You put your dirty laundry in a Tower Cleaners Bag, and leave it in your designated pickup location. We'll pick up between the hours of 8am and 4pm on your service day (currently Mon/Thur or Tues/Fri). Your cleaned and pressed clothing will be hanging on your door for you on your next service day. Talk about convenient!
Will you provide me with a Freshly Folded laundry bag?
Yes, we will provide you with one of our Freshly Folded garment bags free of charge to use. The size of the bag will vary based on the service you choose, as we have two different sizes available.
Do you offer green or organic cleaning products?
Yes. All of our soap, detergents, and cleaning supplies are green and environmentally friendly.
Is there an order minimum?
No. Fill the bag you are provided with to the top. You are simply charged a standard fee for the service.
Can I signup for regular weekly service?
Yes! Subscribe to our service and you will receive beautifully cleaned and folded laundry every week at a reduced rate.
I have a large family, can I have more than one bag?
Yes. Request our Family Plan and you will receive 2 bags to fill.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, just send us an email to info@towercleaners.ca 2 working days before your next service date.
I'm on a subscription and I'm going on holiday, can I put my service on hold?
Yes, just send us an email to info@towercleaners.ca 2 working days before your next service date.
How much stuff can I put in my bag?
Fill the bag! The bag just needs to be able to close completely. If it cannot close completely, you'll be charged for a second bag.
What if I have dry cleaning items in my bag?
All dry clean items in the laundry bag will be cleaned, pressed and billed separately at our standard dry cleaning rates.
Do you wash and fold my collared dress shirts?
As dress shirts require pressing and finishing, they are not included in our wash and fold service.
I'm on a subscription, when will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the beginning of your subscription.
